I have not conquered this myself so cannot fully tell you all about it in the same way as i can for other products but I am working on it and will update this review over time to be as informative as possible.

I can say from my experience of firmness that in soft this will be a little trickier to insert, therefore I recommend medium as it feels softer at the tip as it is thinner. Medium offers a little resistance and is more stable although ANY long thin toy usually won't stand independently. 

The 'belly' waves on this depth trainer are thankfully very subtle at the tip of Lenea DT and don't become such a feature until a fair way down, which for any newbie is a great help and for the more experienced the ridge like waves start right on the cusp where the girth gets interesting. The design is anal safe with the base offering a plug styling for security in use. I feel Lenea Dt bridges a gap between other DT designs in that i see so many being completely smooth differing only in length and/or girth, which has its purpose of course, or very ribbed which for a beginner is a sensation too much for me. I am glad to have found a balance with Phreaks model and am excited to continue my venture. Lenea DT is a sleek design with all stages of user considered making it an easy recommendation to anyone considering a toy of this nature.
