When placing my first order with Phreak.Club the store website was easily navigated, and the checkout process was streamlined. Since then the website itself has been completely renovated with the newer style a 3d viewer was added which makes the whole shopping experience more immersive. I enjoy the feature as I spend a lot of time mulling alternative colour options before committing to a custom, seeing it can really help!

Phreak.club's customer service is second to none! Always going above and beyond to make your dream a reality , I always feel welcome and encouraged to chat to them about any ideas and they bend over backwards to assist you in your decisions! Its rare that there are any problems but whenever there has been, Phreak have been very quick to respond and resolve the situation, returns are simple (unopened products) and any issues rectified swiftly. I feel I can trust phreak to have my opinions close to their thoughts when making my toys, and fully believe they care about each and every customer!

From my first order to my latest acquisition Phreak have been outstanding. In getting to know me through my orders and many interactions with a lot of questions from my side I am confident they truly understand what I am asking to be done and will still positively surprise me with what they achieve. They are genuine, open, and honest with what is feasible and have never been misleading in any way!  I have learned a lot through Phreak about how complex some elements of silicone pouring, mould making, such like can be and also how some parts are only limited by imagination!

I take this as an opportunity to thank them for being so customer focused and willing to take all opinions into consideration all the time. Phreak are welcoming to all walks of life, always helpful and polite.

So after I have decided, checked out using the menu of payment options like PayPal, shopPAY, GooglePay or Payl8r and received an order confirmation email the next time I hear anything is after it has been hand-poured in my requested specs and has been prepared for dispatch. If there are further questions from phreak for clarity or an issue may have occurred of any kind then phreak will reach out to discuss this.

Phreak are clear on the website about how long these take to be made, but in my experience the time frame has been less than the 28 days by far with the exception of the above pictured sleeve special custom as this required a reworking of the mould and we were more than happy to allow extra time for this, we had been kept updated and informed as/when needed along the way. The results are perfect for us, and we are over the moon with all our custom toys from Phreak.club.

Phreak orders always arrive in plain recyclable cardboard boxes, pleasantly bland, packed discreetly and with care, the voids around the item you order are filled with eco friendly corn starch RAINBOW COLOURED packing peanuts (which dissolve in water) to avoid that 'dildo in a box' rattle! This enables Phreak to easily ship to countries where packaging materials are highly regulated/scrutinised like Germany for example. 

Phreak are eco conscious and future friendly, planting one tree per item ordered and using all recyclable/biodegradable materials in the packaging. I know phreak care about our collective impact on the environment and do all they can as a small company to offset emissions.

Inside the box you will see a care sheet, telling you about key information like suitable lubricants (ALWAYS WATERBASED), storage and precautions about checking for defects before opening, and the typical instructions about avoiding sharp implements. Next there is the stickers which are always really cool, but by the time I glimpse the main attraction, I am completely focused on what is in that biodegradable heat sealed bag!

Eyes on the fine details, looking through the bag-in good lighting I rotate the item and visually inspect for ANY FLAWS BEFORE OPENING, usually there aren't any but it is always best to do a thorough inspection as due to general hygiene safety precautions, this type of product is non-returnable once opened. Don't hesitate to get in touch with them if there is a flaw immediately, as soon as you notice, the sooner you contact them the better as they can talk you through the safety of the toy and go through the options of what can be done, some flaws are so harmless (cosmetic) and others can potentially be a safety risk-so it really is best to talk to them ASAP just in case.

Now OPEN the bag! Although phreak wash these after demoulding it is always advised to wash any sex toys when you receive them. You can use soapy water, dilute bleach solution, or even boil them in plain water (NEVER boil bleach) some people even pop them in the dishwasher! 

The standard of quality from phreak is always very high. The pours are as requested when custom options are selected or discussed and with inventory purchases the listings are clear with dispatch time being swift. The flops have all been of the same overall high quality with minor flaws such as a bubble on the base which is always shown on the listing, fully disclosed as a flop, with a discount to reflect this! I have never been disappointed with a purchase from Phreak and have felt fully informed about the products bought or that have been considered. 

Regarding sizing the information provided does correlate accurately to the products for you to make a informed choice about size and the firmness on offer. I find that since the website has undergone a major update there has been some gaps left on the website such as FAQs but this is set to change.
