Overview of buying from Rexalpha

The website format is bright and the layout is clear enough, I feel it could be easier to navigate for a first time visitor, and the sold stock should not be the first products you see in my opinion as it makes first time viewing appear like this page isn't active anymore, which is what I thought all the way until I made a twitter account  and stumbled onto their page. I hadn't placed an order prior because of the inactive vibe on the website causing a small doubt about the company responding and sending the goods if I bought anything.

I am so very glad to say they are active and have way more going on over at their twitter page!

I placed an order once I had seen a form of confirmation. I can say overall I am glad I did as I look forward to getting all four in the horsemen of the acockalypse range eventually!

The options for Rexalpha include inventory or custom dildos in a few ranges, either airing to equine or canine or extra terrestrial model inspiration. The size ranges uses language such as pup, omega, beta and alpha which is easy enough to understand but if you are new to the custom- pick your size concept, it could be a little confusing.

I find the colour options available to appear difficult to view due to the size of the circle colour swatch on the phone, which also isn't best viewed on my laptop because I find colours less true on LCD screens. The colours themselves are also not to my taste appearing dark or not what I personally would put together out of preference based on the swatches. Not all store styles suit all tastes so I accept the fact someone will adore the range offered but I found it impossible to choose so picked an inventory item I could see, first.

The packaging was plain and simple, discreet. Dispatch was swift and upon opening the box I was greeted with tissue paper and a sticker , and coaster made of platinum cure silicone. The next thing I noticed was the item I ordered (reviewed separately).

There was no plastic bag, just a dusting of corn flour and wrap of tissue paper, which from what I can tell on their testimony and environmental/packaging information pages is in accordance with the avoidance of plastic and the aim to use only recyclable sustainable packaging.

I would suggest/recommend they look into the alternatives as there are lots of options of biodegradable and/or recyclable wrap/ film/ heat seal bags available as it is the only store I have bought from where this has occurred, but as platinum cure is a 'safe to sterilise' material I gave it the usual wash and then boiled without issue or risk.

Rexalpha do some really cool pours with masses of ribboning, they have a lot of examples of previous pours so you could pick to replicate those colour pallets should one stand out to you. I have not requested a custom or made to order from them yet but have considered doing so, I may have to talk to them about alternative colour options to see what they can do. I cannot attest to their co-operation or flexibility for more 'off the menu' ideas as I have not asked yet.

They are quick to respond whenever there has been a communication, I get the feeling they make more custom orders than do inventory drops.  Which is just fine, as some stores it is the opposite and i prefer to have the option of choosing colours, than no choice at all.

Overall i have only made one purchase but the customer service all in all was quick and the small issue resolved efficiently. The quality is very good and the pours are distinctive in their way. I would buy from them again but will discuss a few colour ideas with them first.
